GPS arrived!

I already started software hacking, but the full list and howto will come this weekend.
This is all about pictures and what came in the package:
The mounting kit:
Even the ports are visible:
Standard USB charging, a USB wall socket power port, and a car charger!
Wait for more posts later this week as I get more stuff to work.
Odd thing: The USB power post from yesterday was my single most popular post, but I got no ad revenue. I guess people weren't in a clicking mood. Well I hope today's keywords are more relevant.

It's the i-Blue High Sensitivity Bluetooth GPS receiver with the Universal Windshield & Console PDA mount with the 9" pedastal from BuyGPSNow.com

Btw, thanks for all the good stuff. I ordered a Type A F - Type A F USB adapter and one of those split cables.. I'm going to give that USB hub trick a try.

Of course you' ve seen the Koen Kooi's experience about GpsDrive on Maemo, but I also would give you this other GPS softw:
http://linuxadvocate.org/projects/roadster/
It' s an alternative Tom Tom and it can supports vectorial maps.
Or http://roadnav.sourceforge.net/

I bought Tom Tom for my phone. Is there some possibility to use the Tom Tom maps on any open-source sofw like that and so run it on maemo? Roby

I'm not quite in the market for a GPS solution yet, but I did like the included car mount. For those of you who are looking for the same, I believe it's a Herbert Richter mount. Here's one of the few US sites I found it at:
