If neither work for my desires, I am going to break down and buy the TomTom software when I get my T-Mobile SDA. I heard the SDA is going to be $299 on release, but I am betting that would be either for new contracts or for a 2-year contract extension. I don't want to lock myself in to T-Mobile for 2 years with UMTS and HSDPA around the corner. However, if the SDA costs more than $400 without a contract extension, then I'll just buy the iMate SP5 for $475 and forget the contract extension. That way I can switch to Cingular when my current contract is up in 6 months.
