Back in January, I covered the BluOnyx Mobile Content Server in a meeting with Agere. Since then, Agere merged with LSI. I'm pleased to report that the product is still being developed, even if they were slowed a little by a merger. The new page for the device is here.
Are you excited? I'm excited. I really want this thing to work - especially if I can somehow train it to pick up new content at home and stream it to my car stereo or N800 Internet Tablet. Given the open-source insides, I am sure a few scripts will be all I need.
I have no more solid dates or information just yet, but am in direct contact with the BluOnyx team and will share as much as I can, when I can.
