I met a few offline already, but are there enough tablet junkies, mobile Linux enthusiasts, or other friendly geeks willing to get together for talks on tips, tricks, and experiences with this technology?
Leave comments and I'll see what I can put together.
sounds good. I don't use my n810 enough, and I need to get a development environment setup. It would be nice to have a vm image of a development environment already setup so I can get started on this. I develop applications in Python, but I know C and C++.
Absolutely -- I'd join in no questions asked, actually. I actually /live/ in Tempe, nearby ASU but unfortunately I'm in Tokyo at the moment, and won't be back until the 7th... O.o

heck yes-- i am down. i have a friend that would come too. i know another n810 user at ASU from internettablettalk.com that might be able to come too.
Please post the meeting to http://maemo.org/news/events/ as soon as you know the dates.
I'm in Arizona visiting my girlfriend and we're both tablet users, so we'd be interested.
I would really enjoy getting together with other n800/n810 users. I'm in the SE valley.
Could be quite interesting
Count me in. Unfortunately I can't do it on weeknights Tu-Th however.
